The case challenging the win of Charles Maina Chacha as a member of Kisii county assembly representing Ibeno ward in the last general election has been dismissed with costs by Kisii high court.
Delivering the ruling high court Judge Martin Muya said that that though there was some illegalities here and there on the issues surrounding ballots seals missing, some poling centers having challenges and electorals body the issues wouldn’t have done much to change the end results of the polls.
