Kisii county residents have been challenged to take measures put in place  against  the fight of COVID 19 seriously to curb the pandemic.

Addressing the Media at Kisii town One of the investors Steve Arika called  upon residents to take cautions  seriously by taking to consideration that the pandemic is real and if measures put in place are followed properly it will minimize  the spread of the diseases .

Steve who was speaking at Kisii town after opening washing point in aid of  helping residents to wash their hands , added that although life has become expensive due to the pandemic but People  should take measures seriously.

” we are aware that life has become so expensive due to this pandemic,  but I call upon resident to take measures seriously for short time so that we can curb this pandemic ” he said 

Deborah Matara a student practicing nursing at Egerton University also challenged residents to always use shop  and sanitizers  by bearing in mind that Covid 19 is not Airbone disease.

 ” Let us wash hand , use sanitizer ,this disease is not airbone disease ,” deborah said . 

James Momanyi a resident and businessman at Kisii town has hailed Steve for taking the initiative of putting washing point which will help many people more so being near the Kisii main stage .

 ” We are happy that we have been remember by Steve, we call upon the county to have more water points in place ” said Momanyi.
