Embrace Measures put in place to fight COVID 19 residents told

Kisii residents have been challenged to embrace measures put in place in the fight against COVID 19 as they start receiving Sanitizers .

This comes after the county starts to disturb pocket hand sanitizers to the residents which was donated by Kibos sugar company and repacked by County Government .

According to county executive member for Administration Edinah Kangwana she said that they moved to streets of Kisii to give out sanitizes, give basic information as per the ministry of health .

” Today we are in the streets of Kisii town to give out pocket hand sanitizers from the county government which was donated by Kibos sugar company “

” As we have been giving them we took time to tell them about basic hygiene that has been directed by the ministry of health that it should be Maintained as we are trying to contain the COVID 19″ Edinah said

Among those who were given sanitizers are Traders ,shoeshines, Bodaboda riders , Wamamamboga, the exercises which will continue up to sub counties.

At the same time she challenged residents to embrace hand washing ,, sanitize their hands regular , keep social distance and wear masks.

Early this week the county launched screening exercise of all people entering the country by setting up Roadblocks .
