Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i has warned politicians who might have been behind Kapedo killings that their days are numbered adding that the government will not keep watching .

“I call upon all politicians whenever they are to preach peace , and let us try to put our people together , even those leaders of Kapendo surely i you happy when people are killed ” Posed Cs Matiang’i.

The cs added that the government has set measures of ensuring that all culprits are brought to book and face the law, noting that by the time they are done, it would be a story to be told generations to come.

We will go for them no matter how long it will take us. Some people have done that, including leaders and I need to emphasize that. They have gotten away with that kind of behavior for far too long,” he said.

This week a member from the region was questioned over Kapedo attacks and freed after some hours.
