Kisii Kenya 19 August 2021……Students  in Bobaracho ward, Kisii Central will continue to be empowered through acquisition of basic skills to facilitate  them take-off smoothly in  their studies or courses.

The form four school leavers destined to join universities and middle level colleges have and will continue to acquire fundamental on computer literacy and digitization.

Speaking during a ceremony to award completion certificates on the courses to over 350 students, Ibrahim Ongubo, Bobaracho Member of County Assembly (MCA) said the sponsorship  was out of his own initiative.

Ongubo explained the annual programme had empowered form four graduates some who could  have encountered  difficulties in participating in on-line learning or handling computerized machines in apprenticeship courses.

He reminded the students that the world had gone digital and urged those who were yet to embrace the technological literary to enroll for the courses or risk being irrelevant.

But the Ward Rep stressed on the need by the beneficiaries to be highly disciplined and steer clear of drug abuse, alcohol and unprotected sex least they ruined their future.

The program was being implemented by Kisii Quality Training College.
